Livada cu Pruni

“The plum harvest” rules

Version 2026-09-v1

1. The organiser

The “plum harvest” programme is run by SC SAMA TRIAD SRL, tax ID 42948855, reg. J2020010320408, Aleea Ariniș 1, Bl. OD1, Sc. 1, Ap. 12, Sector 6, Bucharest 062031, Romania — the company that operates the Livada cu Pruni cabin complex in Berevoești, Argeș county. Phone +40 774 609 514, email andreea.tataru@samatriad.ro.

2. What the plum harvest is

It is a loyalty programme, not a lottery and not a game of chance. There is no prize draw and no element of chance: the reward depends solely on how many labels a guest scans, and anyone who reaches a tier receives the corresponding discount, every time.

Taking part is free and requires no payment beyond the price of the stay.

3. Duration

The programme runs for an indefinite period. The organiser may end it at any time, announcing this on the “plum harvest” page at least 30 days in advance.

Ending the programme does not affect codes already issued: they remain valid until their expiry date, on the terms under which they were issued.

4. Who may take part

Anyone present at the Livada cu Pruni complex may collect plums. Claiming the discount is done by an adult who holds a booking at the time of collecting, and the code is issued in that person's name.

Children may scan and collect freely — the game asks them for no personal data. Claiming, however, remains the adult's responsibility.

Visitors who are not staying at the complex may collect plums but cannot claim a code, as there is no booking against which it could be checked.

5. How plums are collected

QR labels are placed in the cabins and the shared areas. Each label scanned gives one plum, once. Scanning the same label again gives no further plums.

A full basket holds 22 plums. The QR code on the welcome card gives no plums — it only opens the guide.

The cabin rule: labels inside a cabin count only for the guests of that cabin. Labels in the shared areas — kitchen, laundry, outdoors, gazebo, Children's Club — count for everyone.

Plums are kept in the guest's own phone and in a copy on the server, linked to a four-digit basket code. The basket does not expire.

6. The shared basket

Several people may collect into the same basket. The first phone receives a four-digit code; the others enter it on the game page and join the same basket.

A shared basket receives one single discount code, not one per phone.

The basket code also serves for recovery: if a guest changes phone or clears their browsing data, entering the code brings the plums back.

7. Tiers and discount value

Plums collectedDiscountIf you book within 3 months

The highest tier reached at the moment of claiming applies. The discount is calculated on the accommodation price of the next stay.

Early-booking bonus: within the first 3 months after the code is issued, its value is the one in the last column. After that period the code remains valid at its base value until it expires.

8. How the discount is claimed

On the “plum harvest” page, once the first tier is reached, the “Claim your discount” button becomes active. It leads to a form asking for first name, last name and phone number — needed to issue the code and to check it when booking.

The form also contains an optional tick box for receiving offers, with an equally optional email field. The code is issued whether or not this box is ticked.

The code is issued immediately and shown on screen.

Claiming empties the basket. The plums collected so far have become the code; collecting can start again from zero, with the same basket code.

9. Validity of the code

The code is valid for 12 months from issue. The exact expiry date is shown on the code page.

The code may be used once and is non-transferable: only by the person in whose name it was issued, who must be the person making the booking.

The code has no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or promotional packages.

10. Conditions of use

A stay of at least 2 nights.

Booked directly with the organiser, through one of these channels: phone, WhatsApp or the booking form on our own website.

The code does not apply to bookings made through intermediary platforms — including Booking.com, Airbnb and Travelminute. A booking arriving through such a platform cannot receive the discount, whatever code the guest holds.

The code must be given at the time of booking, not after it is confirmed and not on arrival.

11. Excluded periods

The discount does not apply to stays that include any of the following periods:

PeriodDates
Christmas23–27 December
New Year29 December – 2 January
Easter (Orthodox)Good Friday to Tuesday inclusive

For the rest of the year, including the height of the summer season, the discount applies normally.

12. Cancelled bookings

If a booking made with a discount code is cancelled within the organiser's normal cancellation terms, the code becomes valid again, until its original expiry date. Cancellation does not extend the code's validity.

If the cancellation falls outside the normal cancellation terms, the code is considered used.

13. Personal data

Until the moment of claiming, the programme processes no personal data: the scans are anonymous, with no tracking cookie, no IP address and no name, and the plums are kept on the guest's own phone.

Data is collected once, at claiming. The full information — legal bases, retention periods, rights — is set out in the data protection notice, which forms part of these rules.

14. Changes to these rules

The organiser may amend these rules. Amendments are published on the same page and apply only to codes issued after the date of publication.

Codes already issued remain governed by the rules in force on the date they were issued. Each guest remains bound to the version they accepted.

15. Complaints and disputes

Complaints may be sent by phone to +40 774 609 514 or by email to andreea.tataru@samatriad.ro. The organiser replies within 30 days at the latest.

Any disputes are settled amicably. Guests may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro) and the European online dispute resolution platform.

These rules are governed by Romanian law.
