What we ask for and why
First name, last name and phone number — so we can issue your discount code and check it when you book again. Without them we cannot issue the code. Legal basis: performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps.
Email address — only if you tick that you want to receive offers, and only for that. Legal basis: your consent. It is optional: the code is issued without it too.
What we do NOT collect
Up to this point we have kept nothing about you. The scans in the guide are anonymous: no tracking cookie, no IP address, no name. The plums live on your own phone.
How long we keep it
The code is valid for 12 months. Twelve months after it expires we delete or anonymise the data. If you ticked offers, your email address disappears the moment you unsubscribe — through a link in any message, or by calling us.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing and to data portability. You may withdraw consent for offers at any time — this does not cancel your discount code. Write or call us using the details above. You may also contact the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
Who else sees it
Nobody outside. We do not sell it, do not pass it on, and do no automated profiling. It is kept on our own server, separate from the rest of the guide.
Minors
The form is to be filled in by an adult. The code is issued in the name of the person who made the booking.
